Founded in Paris in 2003 by best friends Barbara Boccara and Sharon Krief, Ba&sh was born from their shared dream of creating an ideal wardrobe. With backgrounds in public relations and law, the founders set out to design clothes for real, active women, blending quintessentially Parisian elegance with a bohemian, free-spirited sensibility. The brand’s collections are built on a foundation of effortless femininity, featuring flowing dresses, chic blouses, and tailored jackets that move from day to night. Key pieces often showcase a subtle sexiness through details like an open back or a revealed shoulder. The brand’s identity is deeply rooted in the story of its founders' friendship and a spirit of joyful, confident femininity. This is expressed through comfortable yet beautiful pieces designed to be lived in. In recent years, Ba&sh has expanded its commitment to social and environmental responsibility through its 'Blossom' program, increasing its use of eco-responsible materials like organic cotton and recycled fibers. The brand became B Corp certified in June 2024, reinforcing its commitment to its community and the environment. Frequently seen as embodying an effortlessly cool 'French girl' style, Ba&sh has grown from its Parisian roots into a global brand with a presence in over 70 countries.
