Bassike product data

Founded in 2006 by Deborah Sams and Mary Lou Ryan on Sydney's Northern Beaches, Bassike (pronounced 'basic') began with a vision for high-quality, sustainable wardrobe essentials. The brand’s philosophy is rooted in a coastal Australian lifestyle, translating into relaxed silhouettes, androgynous shapes, and a signature 'high-low' aesthetic that pairs everyday luxury with ease. The initial collection of GOTS-certified organic cotton jersey t-shirts and pants, made locally in Australia, established the brand's core identity. These jersey pieces, known for their dry hand-feel and signature twisted seams, remain a foundational element of the label.
