Clarks product data

Founded in 1825 in Street, Somerset by brothers Cyrus and James Clark, the brand emerged from a Quaker family's tannery with an ingenious slipper made from sheepskin off-cuts. This foundation of resourcefulness and craftsmanship has defined the British shoemaker for nearly two centuries. Clarks is globally recognized for its enduring footwear staples, most notably the Desert Boot, designed by Nathan Clark in 1950, and the distinctive Wallabee, both of which have transcended their practical origins to become cultural mainstays. These iconic silhouettes have been embraced by a myriad of subcultures, from Jamaican rude boys to British mods and hip-hop royalty.
