COSRX product data

Founded in 2013 by Jun Sang Hun, COSRX has become a global force in the Korean beauty movement by prioritizing effective, minimalist skincare. The brand’s name, a fusion of “Cosmetics” and “Rx” (prescription), signals its core philosophy: developing potent, science-backed formulas that address specific skin concerns without unnecessary additives. Inspired by his own sensitive skin, the founder focused on creating hypoallergenic products with short, understandable ingredient lists. This approach demystified skincare, making it accessible and affordable for a younger demographic struggling with issues like acne, dryness, and sensitivity.
