Doxa product data

Founded in 1889 by Georges Ducommun in Le Locle, Switzerland, DOXA began as a maker of robust pocket watches and dashboard instruments before cementing its legacy in the deep sea. The brand is most celebrated for its pioneering contributions to professional and recreational dive watches, particularly the SUB 300 introduced in 1967. Developed with input from Jacques-Yves Cousteau and the U.S. Divers company, the SUB 300 introduced the now-signature high-visibility orange dial and a patented no-decompression rotating bezel, setting a new standard for underwater timekeeping.
