ESSENTIALS product data

Launched in 2018 by Jerry Lorenzo, Fear of God Essentials was established as a competitively priced diffusion line to his luxury label, Fear of God. Rooted in the same design language as the mainline—characterized by muted earth tones, relaxed silhouettes, and a distinct lack of loud graphics—Essentials democratized Lorenzo’s “American luxury” aesthetic for a broader, younger audience. The brand is best known for its heavyweight fleece hoodies, sweatpants, and jersey staples that feature bold yet minimal rubberized branding, bridging the gap between high-fashion grunge and everyday athletic wear.
