John Hardy product data

Founded in 1975 by Canadian artist John Hardy, this luxury jewelry brand is rooted in the rich, artisanal traditions of Bali, Indonesia. After visiting the island, Hardy was captivated by its centuries-old jewelry-making techniques and established an artisan collective to create pieces that blend traditional Balinese craftsmanship with modern design. The brand is celebrated for its intricate, handcrafted jewelry, particularly its signature hand-woven chains, which symbolize community and human connection. Sustainability and ethical practices have been core to the brand since its inception, long before they became industry-wide conversations. John Hardy utilizes 100% reclaimed silver and gold and ensures its gemstones are ethically sourced.
