K-Swiss product data

Founded in California in 1966 by two Swiss brothers and avid skiers, Art and Ernie Brunner, K-Swiss introduced the world's first all-leather tennis shoe. Inspired by the supportive construction of ski boots, the K-Swiss Classic was designed for the aggressive side-to-side movements of tennis and quickly became a staple on courts and in country clubs. The brand's clean, five-stripe design and shield logo became synonymous with a preppy, athletic aesthetic throughout the 1970s and 80s.
