Laura Mercier product data

Founded in 1996 by world-renowned makeup artist Laura Mercier, the brand is built on the philosophy of enhancing natural beauty rather than masking it. Originally from Provence, France, Mercier trained as a painter before transitioning to makeup artistry, bringing an artist's eye to the human canvas. After moving to New York and establishing herself as a go-to artist for high-profile magazine covers and celebrities like Madonna and Julia Roberts, she launched her namesake line to fill a gap in the market for high-quality, natural-looking makeup. The brand pioneered the concept of the “Flawless Face,” a system of products designed to create a smooth, even, and radiant complexion.
