Murad product data

Founded in 1989 by Dr. Howard Murad, a board-certified dermatologist and trained pharmacist, Murad was the first modern “doctor brand” to bring clinical-grade skincare to consumers. The brand's core philosophy, “skincare is healthcare,” is built upon a holistic, science-backed approach to wellness that connects cellular health to skin vitality. This is expressed through four pillars: nourishing the skin, “eating your water” for hydration, awakening the body through movement, and being kind to the mind to manage stress. Dr. Murad’s background as an immigrant from Iraq who became a visionary in American dermatology informs the brand’s problem-solving and innovative spirit.
