Nike product data

Founded in 1964 as Blue Ribbon Sports by a University of Oregon track athlete and his coach, Nike has evolved from a small-scale shoe distributor into the world’s most dominant force in sportswear. Originally established in Eugene, Oregon, by Phil Knight and Bill Bowerman, the company was built on a foundation of innovation, famously starting with Bowerman’s waffle-iron experiment to create a better running sole. This spirit of invention continues to define the brand, which is now headquartered in Beaverton, Oregon, and is globally recognized by its “Swoosh” logo and “Just Do It” slogan.
