Ooni product data

Founded in 2012 in Edinburgh, Scotland, by husband-and-wife team Kristian Tapaninaho and Darina Garland, Ooni revolutionized the outdoor cooking landscape by inventing the world’s first portable wood-pellet pizza oven. Born from Tapaninaho’s frustration with the inability of domestic ovens to reach the high temperatures required for restaurant-quality Neapolitan pizza, the brand launched via a highly successful Kickstarter campaign. Today, Ooni is the global leader in the category, offering a range of multi-fuel, gas, and electric ovens that reach up to 950°F (500°C) in minutes.
