orSlow product data

Founded in 2005 by Ichiro Nakatsu, a designer with a vast personal archive of vintage clothing, Orslow is the antithesis of fast fashion. The brand’s name reflects its core principle: creating “original” clothing “slowly.” Based in Hyogo, Japan, every garment is designed and produced domestically with meticulous care, drawing deep inspiration from American military and workwear staples. The brand is celebrated for developing its own unique fabrics on vintage shuttle looms, which impart a distinct texture and character that cannot be mass-produced. This commitment to traditional craftsmanship ensures that pieces are not just reproductions but thoughtful reinterpretations built for modern life.
